*What is a ClubFIIT Twerkshop?

ClubFIIT Twerkshops include a mini ClubFIIT demo followed by a twerkshop 8 count style choreography. ClubFIIT is a simple to follow along beginner dance fitness format. Twerkshop choreography will be taught one step/count at at a time, all levels welcome.
